Can I port my data from another software?
Yes, Saleculator use popular database management system MySQL. There are multiple ways to port data to Saleculator. Please see documentation on how to do it.
Is my data secure?
Your data is kept in your POS System. Unless you compromise physical access to POS system, the data is safe and secure. Please take regular backup to restore in case of any POS system failure.
Can I get custom support?
Yes. In case you need any support to meet any specific requirement, we are always here to help. The support fee is known after requirement assessment.
