Fast product lookups

Associating quick buttons to commonly sold items or using embedded barcodes, you handle any rush hour.

Quick keys

Quick keys are shortcuts that associates a single button for a commonly sold item. Hitting it will add the item to the sales ticket.

Quick keys can be used to execute commonly done tasks also.

Embedded barcodes

Embedded barcodes carries extra information such as item price,  quantity or weight. Embedded barcodes are commonly used for weighing items. The barcode printed from the label scale specifies the cost or quantity of the item and removes the need for the employee to manually enter the cost or quantity. 

Quick search

Quickly search or lookup products when ringing up sales. Quick search feature is right on the sell screen so that your cashiers don’t have to jump into another screen just to look up an item.

Multiple payment methods

Go beyond traditional payment methods or accept partial payments. Split a payment in case a customer wants multiple bills for already scanned items.

Take payments with ease to cater customers of any kind. You can accept payment from a variety of payment methods on the Payment Dialog. Like , cash, card, debt, advance, foreign currency, gift vouchers, cheques, etc.,

You can choose which payment methods appear on the Select payment dialog from the Saleculator settings.

Partial payments

You can accept more than one payment method for a sale, like partial cash and remaining card or debt.

If a customer can’t pay for their whole order, then the Saleculator enables you to accept partial payments for a sale. You can retrieve the order later and collect the remaining balance from the customer by using a payment method of their choice.

Bill splitting

This feature allows you to quickly split a sale by item. Saleculator allows to split the bill between any number of customers. 

Tariff sales

Tariffs or price books are useful when you want to do special pricing for your customers.


Create  multiple sale prices for an item. Use it based on the customer category. It may be a wholesale price your give or a discounted pricing applied for customer loyalty.

Returns and refunds

You can make refunds and complete payments from the Saleculator Edit Sales screen.

Refund a sale

Refund an entire sale or part of a sale from the Saleculator Edit Sales screen. Refunded items are added back to the inventory.


Instead of a refund, at occasions, you can exchange items by editing a bill.

Cash closing

Cash closing or partial closing is used for day end closing or cashier shifts to balance your cash drawer. It is done on a regular basis and hold staff accountable for the money they’ve handled.

Cash Closing

Cash closing is done, at end of the day or during cashier shifts, when the cash is removed from the drawer. Before closing the cash, cashier should enter total cash and coins currently in the drawer along with any closing notes.

After each cash closing, Saleculator send emails with actual cash and expected cash reports along with other reports.

Saleculator allow counter-wise closing and central closing.

Blind closing

One of the unique features of Saleculator is blind cash closing. Blind closing doesn’t show cash balance in the system to cashier. Cashier counts the actual cash available in the drawer and enter it before closing. This feature doesn’t allow cashier to manipulate cash difference between actual cash and expected drawer cash.

Partial closing

When you don’t want to remove cash from the drawer and still make a cashier shift, you can use partial closing. Partial closing simply generates a report with a sequence number and send you via email.


Saleculator inventory management will keep track of all of your products and even help you see which products perform well and which don’t.

Reorder levels

Reorder levels help you avoid selling products that have run out of stock, or let you know when you need to order or make more of your product.

Quick customer creation and lookup

You can easily record customer details without moving anywhere from the sales screen.

You can easily fetch a customer simply scanning customer loyalty card just like you scan a product.

Customer credits

Saleculator allow debt sale. Customer can later come and pay their pending balance. Detailed customer diary can be printed to track each purchase and payment made by the customer.

Customer loyalty

Saleculator allow customer loyalty by calculating reward points for the purchases they made. These rewards can be redeemed for later purchases they make.
