Copy paste below code in event.addline:

if(line.printCode()!=null && line.printCode().startsWith("210") && line.getPrice()>0) 
{
     line.setMultiply(line.getSalePrice()/line.getPrice());
     line.setSalePrice(line.getPrice());
}
