Manual Update of Date and Time from Raspberry root

This document will guide you on how to update the Date and Time on your Saleculator from the Raspberry Pi root in case of Internet unavailability.

Procedure #

1. Go to the Raspberry root by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F1 keys

2. The user name is root and password is saleculator

3. Now type

date -s '2021-09-30 15:10' (Press Enter)
hwclock --systohc (Press Enter)

(Enter the date and time as your choice inside the quotation marks and press the Enter Key)

4. Type reboot

5. Once the system restarts check for the updated time at the bottom right corner
